To get started, all you need to do is select the option from the Reports tab on the top menu as shown below.

 

SPECIAL NOTE: The below examples follow the sequence of work order status changes that are presented here.

 

Upon selecting Open Work Orders, something similar to the following will appear.  In this particular example, we only selected an Open Work Order that is Not Assigned.

 

In the above example, we then go on to assign the work order as shown here.

Upon doing so, we then re-run the report and change the selection criteria to only include Assigned and something similar to the following will display.

 

We then schedule the above Job# 8046 as shown here.

Upon doing so, the job leaves the above report as shown below.

 

Upon scheduling the Job, it now appears on the report when the Scheduled selection is used as shown below.

 

We then mark the above Job# 8046 as In Progress as shown here.

Upon doing so, the job leaves the above report as shown below.

Upon marking the the Job as In Progress, it now appears on the report when the In Progress selection is used as shown below.

 

We then mark the above Job# 8046 as Completed as shown here.

Upon doing so, the job leaves the above report as shown below.
