Purchase Orders > Create New Purchase Order

The Purchase Order section is where you view, create, edit and manage all your Purchase Orders.

Adding a new purchase order is easy and can be accomplished in a few ways.

Note: A Job must exist or be created before you can create a purchase order. 

Also note that more than one purchase order can exist for a Job.

Step by Step

Then select    to create a New Purchase Order

Note: Unlike other modules such as Estimating, the Purchasing Module does not currently use templates as you may have seen options like the following 

Upon selecting , you will see a screen similar to the following

After entering the information, then you can Add Materials.

When completed go back to the Purchase Order Information tab so that you can
