My Account > Company License & Insurance

Upload all of your company’s license, insurance, bond or certificate documents.  Your document numbers (IE: License number) can be printed on your estimates and invoices by selecting the check box within each record that specifies to print.

Step by Step

1. Place your cursor over "My Account" on the main menu navigation bar at the top of your screen.
2. A drop down list will open.
3. Now place your cursor over "Company", another drop down list opens.
4. Now click "License & Insurance "
5. The "License & Insurance" form is now open.
6. Click the "New Document" button and a form will open
7. Enter the related information, ensuring you click the appropriate check box if you want the document number to print on the bottom of all estimate and invoices.
8. Click the "Save Document" button and the information will be added to your list.
