MyOnlineToolbox verifies each address against the United States Postal Service to provide you with an accurate address every time.  The company address that you entered during the sign up process, will be set as your default.  The default address will print on your estimates and invoices.   You can only set one of the addresses as the default and the address must be verified.  Simply click on the check box under the column titled ’Default’ and that address will be set to default.

Step by Step

  1. Place your cursor over "My Account" on the main menu navigation bar at the top of your screen.
  2. A drop down list will open.
  3. Now place your cursor over "Company ", another drop down list opens.
  4. Now click "Addresses"
  5. The "Address" form is now open.
  6. Click the "Add New Address" button and a form will open
  7. Enter the address information and click the "Verify Address" button.
  8. The system will clean the address and present you with it. 
  9. If you agree with what is displayed, click the "Save Address" button and the address will be added to your list.
