Processing your credit card to pay for your subscription may sometimes encounter a challenge.
We add to this list when a new issue is discovered, and for now it has been limited.
Challenge: The address you are typing does not match what the card processing company is reporting.
Sometimes it is as simple as you may have recently changed your mailing address. One example is changing your address from your actual mailing address to a PO Box. While it may take upwards of 48 hours for your credit card company or bank to register the change, it can sometimes take up to a few weeks for the changes to propagate to all the credit card processors. In other words, your credit card may see your new address while many processors still see your old address. One option is to try again using the old address.
