Why am I having trouble printing?
Q: How do I change the email address that is being printed on my documents (Inoivces and Estimates)
A: Select the My Account > Company > General information option from the main menu and you will notice a prompt titled "Company Email". Modify the email address and save your changes by clicking the "Save Information" button. The next time you print a document, the modified email will be displayed.
Q: Why am I having trouble printing?
A: The first time you print documents from MyOnlineToolbox, you will be required to install an ActiveX control.
Instructions for installing:
- After you have selected the print icon, the following message will appear at the top of your browser, highlighted in yellow: “The website wants to install the following Add-on.”
- If you click on the message, you will see a drop down window appear with an option titled “Install ActiveX Control”. Clicking on that will cause the screen to refresh and the print window to close.
- The next time you print, you will be asked if you want to install the control.
- Answer YES and you will be presented with your standard printer selection.
