You may be trying to tie one or more documents to an estimate that will go to a customer.

We currently do not provide this feature but our users follow these simple steps to accomplish the task when the situation arises.

  • First print the estimate (or invoice) and scan all the documents
  • Then send all the information out from your regular email system using the scanned documents as an attachment.
Note: We had this feature using Online Collaboration (but it was discontinued due to a Microsoft change in supported products) is under consideration due to changing technologies) for your customer review and approval.   Not enough customers were impacted without the feature, and the manual alternative has been accepted by the few who need to do so on a more periodic basis.  We apologize for the inconvenience for those who need to work around the limitation.
