Estimates > Create New Estimate > Import From Templates

Creating an Estimate, Work Order or Invoice is very easy when using Templates.

Special Note: Creating New Estimates from saved Templates is a Premium (Paid) Subscription feature.  For more information on the Basic (Free) Version versus Premium (Paid) Subscription features please go here. 

Note: A Job must exist or be created before you can create an estimate. 

Also note that more than one estimate can exist for a Job.

Step by Step

Before Importing Templates, you need to know how to create templates.  Learn more about creating templates here.

Upon selecting , you will see a screen similar to the following

All you need to do is select the Template type as shown below as an example

Then select  and upon doing so the Estimate will be created as shown below.

Now select the Estimate and make any changes you wish on the Estimate Information Page
