Connecting To Your Customers > Message Sharing

Reviewing your messages with your customers and sending new messages is easy. 

Step by Step

1. Go into an existing job
2. The bottom section has the ClickToShare Communicator and all your messages.
3. To add a new message, enter the text and select Send Message

Upon hitting the Send Message, a very similar email communication will be sent to your customer making them aware that a New Note is awaiting their review.  

Now just wait for your customer to reply.
