You will receive a short communication when a customer adds a new note to his job information.  It will be sent to the email address that is set up in the General Information section.  To verify the email address that these notes will be sent to please review the following. 

Step by Step

  1. Go to the My Account tab on the top left
  2. Select Company Setup then General Information 

 

Quick Tip

If more than one person responds to customer inquiries, then simply forward the email message to the appropriate individual(s) within your company.  MyOnlineToolbox allows one notification email alert at this time with a simple update as presented below.
