Connecting To Your Contractor > My Notes With Contractor

Upon hitting the My Notes with Contractor at anytime, you are brought to a simple dialogue box that works very similar to Instant Messaging except that all notes are kept in a history file for the customer and contractor to review.  

Step by Step

1. Review notes on the right side 
2. Enter new notes on the left side then hit the Send button and wait for a reply (that later comes with an email alert)
3. Hit the thumb tack   on the right hand side if you wish to keep the My Notes section always open
